About the role
* Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available
* Full time (flexible FTE arrangements available)
* Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
* $90,999 - $93, % super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Training Advisor supports the design, development and delivery of high-quality primary prevention of violence against women training and capacity building. This includes quality assurance work for training packages, and development of materials used in other capacity building activities, resources and websites, and support training facilitators through our Learning Management System.
About you
You will support the Quality and Learning Lead on the implementation of the PIA Learning Strategy. You will have experience in designing training packages for a diverse range of groups and audiences and be experienced in learning and development, instructional design, and delivering and/or supporting online and face-to-face capacity building activities.
