Hudson have partnered with a financial services institution who are seeking an Communications Lead to join the team.
This Communications Lead role will work on a Collections transformation spanning several years. The first step of this program is to replace a legacy system. There will be process change, system change and lots of BAU integration and readiness.
The purpose of this role is to develop a master narrative for the Collections business and show how the two programs of work 'fit' into the end-to-end strategy.
Primarily based in Bedford Park in Eastern Adelaide
- about 20 mins from the City Centre by car. The role can work flexibly and will report into the Training Lead.
12 month contract role with the view to extend.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop an integrated engagement and communication plan for the Tallyman to Powercurve Program AND Collections on Written off Accounts program (when underway). The Change and Enablement team will support both programs of work from a single lens.
- Execute on the enablement and communication plans that will focus on adoption and seamless execution while building brand awareness, desire, and staff participation.
- Develop and manage relationships across business and program reps, including senior stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of the engagement and communications plans.
- Prepare dedicated go live communication plans and messaging for each go live tranche.
- Work with the Practice Lead, Change and Enablement to connect in with appropriate General Managers, and potentially Group Executives.
- Measure communication effectiveness through surveys and message monitoring/tracking, and intranet page clicks.
- Ensure all appropriate communications documents are reviewed and signed off by appropriate leaders
Who you are:
- Proven experience in delivering communications programs for projects in complex, large organisations - preferably banking or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Being able to influence at senior level but also to work operationally with the programs and wide business stakeholder network.
- Collections experience desirable - but not mandatory as long as you have a good feeling for operational teams involving call centre agents.
- You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of project landscape and 'change comms'.
- You are able to work collaboratively with our executives and other key stakeholders to craft and distribute our Collections master narrative in a way that maximises positive sentiment.
- You are an excellent writer, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of success in these disciplines.
- Presentation and communication (writing) skills to high quality and speed: PPT critical and other tools advantageous.
- Experience in planning and delivering change programs that incorporate significant training requirements.
- AGILE and Project Management tool proficiency mandatory.
- 5+ years relevant experience in a similar level.
