As a seasoned professional in Aboriginal family support services, you have the unique opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of Narungga House and Olga Fudge Lodge. Your role as Coordinator will involve working closely with Homelessness Navigators to deliver case management and overseeing a high-performing team.
You will represent your organization at sector and alliance events, advocating for culturally safe services that cater to the needs of Aboriginal families. To achieve this, you will work collaboratively with the Homeless Leadership Team to implement operational delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Your key objectives include:

To be successful in this role, you will require a range of skills and qualifications, including:
* A South Australian Working with Children Check
* NDIS Workers Check
* Child Safe Environments Certificate
* National Police Check
* First Aid Certificate
* Infant safety Training Certificate
* Fire Safety Training Certificate
In addition to these requirements, you should hold an unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia and possess a community service-related qualification.
