As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administration tasks. This includes meeting and greeting clients, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
About the Role
* Meet and greet clients, respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
* Perform general administration functions, including filing and records management.
* Provide administrative support to our local team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Manage petty cash, corporate card, and reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication abilities.
* A can-do attitude, calm and well-organised approach to work, and accuracy in all tasks.
* Strong computer skills, including competency in database systems and financial/records management systems.
* A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist with this process).
