* Clerk Grade 11/12, base salary ($149,739 - $173,17, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Digital Case File Program Management Office (PMO) Lead works across the Digital Case File Program to guide the governance and successful delivery of the program and projects through the provision of strategic and operational support, including maintaining PMO standards, reporting, financial management, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post project benefits tracking.
What you’ll do
This role is responsible for ensuring that the DCF program aligns with the broader Strategy, Reform and Support Program Management standards by establishing and maintaining consistent practices, processes, reports, and templates that minimise program risk and cost.
You will also ….
* Oversee integrated program planning, scheduling, dependencies, and compliance with program management standards to drive strong project control.
* Deliver proactive, evidence‑based advice and reporting to senior leaders to highlight impacts, risks, and required actions.
* Lead integrated financial and benefits reporting, monitoring budgets, cash flow, and performance metrics to support financial discipline and benefits realisation.
* Build and manage effective stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment across program development, planning, service design, and policy implementation.

* Strong program and project governance capability – able to interpret data, manage standards, and provide high‑quality reporting and insights to senior leaders.
* Financial and analytical acumen – skilled in monitoring budgets, cash flow, performance metrics, and benefits to support sound decision‑making and program success.
* Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills – able to build effective partnerships across internal and external groups to support alignment and collaboration.

Essential requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Demonstratable PMO and financial management experience.
* Strong project management and financial management systems experience.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:
* National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
* Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
