About the role
The Organisational Capability team is seeking a Learning Design & Delivery Manager for a fixed‐term contract. The role reports to the Head of Organisational Capability and is responsible for managing the Enterprise Registered Training Organisation (ERTO) with facilities at Angle Park and Davenport.
The Manager will lead a team of approximately 60 and focus on driving innovation in learning design, ensuring compliance, and supporting current and future business and operational needs. Responsibilities include overseeing a robust learning design framework, prioritising curriculum development to address key organisational requirements, and managing resources and stakeholder relationships.

About you
* Experience in a senior management training role within a large complex organisation (ideally in a technical environment).
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
* Extensive experience in leading the design and delivery of training programmes within a technical, trade, or RTO environment.
* Proven track record in driving innovation in learning design.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience with a track record of developing strong business partnering relationships.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
