About the Company
The Sliding Doors Foundation was established in 2022 to create opportunities for young people to pursue their passions. Through financial support, mentoring, and training, young people holding a scholarship can access education and resources to build their leadership skills, enabling them to contribute to the community in their chosen field. The Sliding Doors Foundation is dedicated to fundraising events and initiatives to raise funds and awareness to improve the lives of young people throughout the community.
About the Role
As the Digital Marketing & Events Manager, you will report to the Chair of the Foundation and contribute to the foundation's ongoing growth and success.
Duties
* Digital Marketing, including working with the Board to develop a Digital Marketing strategy
* Content Creation, Social Media Management and Website Management
* Sponsorship and Fundraising Management, including seeking pledges and donations
* Event Management, including managing the budget and identifying event and fundraising opportunities
* Community relations involving promoting the interests and mission of the Foundation
* Scholarship administration, including the management of the application process
* Data and record management using HubSpot
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Digital Marketing and Event Management
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated experience using HubSpot or similar software products
* Flexibility to travel interstate and work outside of regular work hours to support fundraising and events
