Job Summary
An experienced F&B Supervisor to assist the Manager in maintaining established service standards, presentation and supervision of all food & beverage areas to attain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager in maintaining service standards, presentation and supervision of all F&B areas.
* Oversee restaurant, bar and events service and assist with floor duties when needed, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficiency.
* Lead, motivate and support a team of food and beverage attendants to maintain high standards of service and quality.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment.
* In‐depth knowledge of food & beverage trends and the ability to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to stay composed and perform efficiently in high‐pressure situations.
