This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a highly motivated, qualified, and enthusiastic individual to provide mental health and wellbeing services to families and carers.
\
The successful applicant will report to the Coordinator of Counselling and Group Work and be responsible for delivering high-quality counselling and group work programs, working with diverse participants in community and outreach environments.
\
Key responsibilities include developing and facilitating group programs and activities across Western Melbourne that meet the wellbeing needs of carers who access our centre. The role also involves working with the Coordinator of Counselling and Group Work and broader team to deliver a welcoming, driven by the voices of carers, and relevant to their needs.
\
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and Victorian Driver's License. They will have experience delivering high-quality, short-term counselling and group work programs and working with a diverse range of participants.
\
