Community Leadership Opportunity
Uniting seeks an experienced Community Leader to support the well-being and satisfaction of our residents in a part-time role. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities, and a warm welcoming personality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide respectful and person-centered service to residents.
* Support residents' wellbeing, independence, and sense of connection.
* Liaise with maintenance and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage records, correspondence, and reporting using established systems.
* Help foster an inclusive and harmonious village culture.
* Participate in budget planning and annual meetings with residents.
