We are looking for someone who is bright, bubbly and enthusiastic about customer service.
You will be handling customer enquiries and represent the face of the shopping centre, serving as the primary point of contact for external phone calls for shoppers, retailers and the general public.
Your role will also involve issuing gift vouchers, undertaking general administrative duties, maintaining registers, processing payments and assisting the Centre Manager in case of emergency.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that customers and retailers receive prompt and accurate assistance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external phone calls.
• Issue gift vouchers and perform general administrative duties.
• Maintain registers, process payments and support the Centre Manager during emergencies.
Essential Criteria
Customer service experience
Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and data entry
Cash handling experience
Friendly, flexible and team-oriented
Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis
Current Police Check

This position is part time with flexible hours to suit the applicant, plus shared rostered weekend work.
Availability over the Christmas holiday period is essential.
