**About the Role**
As a Back of House Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable JD experience by predominately playing a key part in the operations and day to day sales.
The right person will be operationally driven and hold a high attention to detail but also illustrate a great level of energy to keep up with the high demand of customer enquiries.
You will also be responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with deliveries in the stock room and communicate findings with the Back of House team where necessary
- Assist floor sales team with product queries and customer requests, including collecting requested footwear product styles/sizes and with a sense of urgency delivering them to the shop floor
- Ensure Back of House standards are maintained inline with company expectations
- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
- Assist your Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
- Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager and overall team to achieve KPI's and targets
- Ad-hoc tasks as required and upkeeping of general store presentation
**Who you are**
- Previous retail experience with a similar sports fashion retailer
- Highly energetic people person is essential
- Strong operationally with a high attention to detail
- Loves sports fashion brands and is passionate about sharing knowledge with customers
- Shows a sense of urgency and is results driven
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday including late night trade
