We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key role in our Caboolture store. As part of our collaborative retail team, you will work closely with our large trades and regular customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer interaction and relationship building face-to-face, by email and over the phone.
* Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions.
* Assisting with the development of rosters and training programs.
* Assisting with general store management activities.
* Designing and selling products related to home improvement and renovation.
* Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders.
