Details: The Administration officer provides adaptable and responsive administrative support to the Business Manager and Principal. While the role is as dynamic as our High School the primary function of the role involves facilitating enrolments – including International students, coordinating administrative processes using Sentral, assisting with student IT access, and monitoring the school website.
Proficiency in various ICT systems is essential for managing student data effectively. Additionally, the Administration Officer upholds a safe and well-organized work environment while handling confidential and sensitive information in compliance with relevant legislative and policy requirements, under general supervision.
This role requires strong teamwork skills, a commitment to supporting others, and a dedication to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Job Description
* Provide a range of administrative services for the school to support the front Business Manager, Principal, students and internal and external stakeholders
* Communicate and liaise with staff, parents/carers, students, the community, internal and external stakeholders; resolve enquiries; provide appropriate information and sound advice.
* Manage ICT systems and databases in support of a range of student record management processes and procedures.
* Support the Business Manager in day-to-day administrative activities as directed
Eligibility/Other Requirements: While existing Knowledge of Sentral and Enrolments is preferred training will be provided.
Note: This position is part-time at (22.05) hours per week andthe full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
