Gas Compression Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Compression Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
* This is a key position in our operations, requiring expertise in gas compression systems, maintenance, and optimization.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our compressors, TEG dehydration units, Jenbacher generators, and flare systems.
* They will work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement system upgrades, maintain plant performance, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and optimize gas compression systems to ensure reliable plant performance.
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on key equipment, including compressor overhauls, replacement of parts, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and upgrade existing systems.
* Analyze production data using control systems to optimize throughput, reliability, and energy efficiency.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in gas processing operations.
Requirements:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in gas processing operations, preferably in a similar role.
* A Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (or equivalent) and relevant technical knowledge of gas compression systems, electric drive prime movers, and TEG dehydration processes.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, and restore functionality quickly.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
