Job DetailsJob Location: Preble Street - PORTLAND, ME 04101The Permanent Supportive Housing Program Administrator supports the development and administration of systems and processes related to the administrative functions of the program, including data and compliance management pertaining to the PSHP grant, client programming support and engaging in research and development to support sustainability of program.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have education or study in a field related to public administration, business, nonprofit management, or communications, experience and/or strong interest in research, developing systems, data entry, grant writing, and other projects.
Candidates should also have experience developing and maintaining complex administrative systems and processes, as well as proficiency with standard computer applications, HMIS, Client Track, or similar software.
A strong understanding of homelessness and poverty, along with a genuine commitment to the agency's mission, is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, ability in creating and maintaining systems for data and information management, with a high level of competence in task and project organization.
Preferred: Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $23.93 as well as generous paid time off, insurance, and retirement plan benefits include:
4 weeks (160 hours, accrued) vacation time, 12 days (96 hours, accrued) sick time, 32 hours personal time, 12 Paid Holidays
