Bend-tech Group is expanding its Grizzly workshop equipment range — a growing product line supplying practical, heavy-duty solutions to industrial and trade customers. To support this growth, we're seeking a Sales & Account Manager who thrives on momentum, ownership, and conversion.
This is a hands‐on sales role with a strong account management component. You'll be responsible for responding fast, following up relentlessly, and managing customer relationships end‐to‐end — from first enquiry through to close and repeat business.
We are heavily embedded in the Resource industry but diversified into Manufacturing, Rail, Government, Maritime and Defence. This enables our problem‐solving capabilities to consistently shine. The Role
You will be accountable for driving revenue through disciplined sales execution and structured account management. This is not a passive order‐taking role — success comes from urgency, organisation, and commercial judgement.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Responsive quoting with strong follow‐up discipline — owning opportunities through to close
* Tenacious conversion of inbound and outbound opportunities
* Managing repeat and multi‐location customers, ensuring consistency and reliability
* Maintaining sales momentum when technical or site‐based team members are unavailable
* Confidently engaging with operational stakeholders (workshop managers, supervisors, business owners), not just procurement
* Demonstrated basic technical aptitude and ability to engage effectively with operational stakeholders
* Keeping deals moving while balancing multiple opportunities and priorities
* Working to clear KPIs around follow‐up, conversion, pipeline hygiene, and revenue
What you bring

* Have hunger and urgency — you follow up because deals don't close themselves
