Sacred Heart Primary School is a small Catholic school community in the heart of vibrant Preston. We honour our faith's rich traditions and participate in its rituals. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about:
* Teaching and learning within a Catholic Parish faith community, guiding students in their faith and Sacramental journey.
* Planning and delivering engaging programs that meet the needs of all students.
* Incorporating the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement into daily teaching practice.
* Using evidence-based Literacy practices, such as InitiaLit (Foundation to Year 2).
* Explicitly teaching Maths, extending students at their point of need.
* Delivering Inquiry learning that fosters curiosity, reflection, and a love of learning.
* Collaborating with colleagues across all school levels.
* V.I.T. Registration
* Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (highly desirable)
