Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator, located in Tullamarine, VIC. The Scheduling Coordinator will manage daily appointment schedules, coordinate with technicians and clients, handle administrative tasks efficiently, answer phones, and maintain effective communication within the team. The role requires excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette
* Proficiency in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in related fields is beneficial
Remuneration
* Salary circa $80k-$100k, negotiable based on experience
* Superannuation as per award
