About our Opportunity As a valued member of VENTORA Glass, you will be part of a professional, collaborative, and close-knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.
You will support our customers with their orders, providing a clear flow of information by responding to enquiries, working in partnership with customers, sales representatives, and internal personnel on any order-related matters, troubleshooting solutions, and resolving issues as they arise to improve the customer experience and meet customer requirements.
This role is also a cross-functional support for the Production Planner when they are on leave, coordinating and scheduling daily production workflows for the factory.
About You You'll need to have previous customer service and administration experience, be self-motivated, have initiative to participate in our comprehensive training and demonstrate a keenness to learn with a natural capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.
You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
