About the Company
Our client is a leading micro-irrigation solutions innovator, offering the global agriculture sector the broadest product portfolio in the market and the most comprehensive range of services.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for the implementation of the district’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities
7. Manage the sales of all products to customers within the district
8. Accountable for the on-time implementation and achievement of territory sales, profit, and strategic objective
9. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
10. Provide product support for dealers and end users
11. Regular updates to the RSM by submitting activity and results reports.
12. Plan for and represent the company at field days, seminars and open days
13. Resolve customer complaints
14. Travel as necessary to service existing and potential dealers and end users
Requirements
Desired Education / Experience / Skills
15. Bachelor’s Degree (Agriculture or similar)
16. Five to ten years related sales experience and knowledge in irrigation, agriculture or farming experience
17. Self-driven and motivated to achieve a high level of results
18. Experience in irrigation and related products
19. Experience in regional sales management
