In this role you will work collaboratively to train and support students studying early childhood and school aged education and care qualifications and present professional development programs across NSW.Essential CriteriaBachelor of Education – Early Childhood (or equivalent) or CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and working towards a degree in early educationTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and willing to upgrade5 years’ experience working in Early Childhood Education and CareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailProven time management, administrative and computer skillsAbility to work weekends as requiredAbility to travel throughout NSWCurrent full drivers licenseDesirable CriteriaWorking towards a degree in early childhood education (if not already held)Experience working as a trainer and assessor in the VET sectorQualifications and experience in school aged education and careCurrent Working with Children’s CheckExperience presenting professional development to teamsNext StepsTo be considered for this position all applicants must forward the following information:Resume and cover letter addressing the selection criteria and work related refereesCertified copies of qualifications and relevant certificatesApplicants are required to submit a short video file that demonstrates their ability to present training to a group of people (max. 2 minutes).
