The Role: Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you’ll take charge of the full store experience – from team leadership and sales performance to creating an unforgettable customer atmosphere. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll drive store results, build a vibrant team culture, and lead from the front with energy and purpose.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Leading recruitment and team development, including interviewing, onboarding, and nurturing top retail talent.
* Coaching and inspiring your team through regular training, feedback, and development opportunities.
* Delivering a best-in-class customer experience that brings our brand stories to life.
* Owning the visual merchandising (VM) standards, ensuring the store always looks fresh and premium.
* Driving store performance, setting and smashing sales targets and KPIs.
* Working closely with your Area Manager to report on results and plan for continued growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
* 12+ months of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager (2IC) role
* Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and achieve KPIs
* Strong people leadership skills with a knack for motivating others
* Commercial awareness – confident in making sound business decisions
* A self-starter mindset – ambitious, accountable, and ready to grow
