We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our senior management team. You will lead financial discipline, margin performance and systems control across the business.
This is not a bookkeeping role.
This is a hands-on finance leadership position with an oversight of operations.
You will report to the General Manager.
The Role
· Full finance function responsibility
· Drive margin improvement and pricing discipline
· Optimise cash flow, stock control and working capital
· Own ERP and reporting integrity
· Strengthen financial processes across sites
· Lead the administration team, 3 people
· Contribute as part of the senior leadership team
· Help continue to drive the business forward
You will work directly with the Managing Director, General Manager and Site Managers to improve commercial performance.
What We're Looking For
· Management Accountant or SME Finance Manager background
· Experience in a multi-site, inventory or trade-based business
· Minimum 3-5 years experience in multi-site, inventory or trade-based business environments
· Strong understanding of margin and working capital
· Commercial confidence and the ability to challenge constructively
· A systems improvement mindset
· SME practicality
