Where You'll Be Working
Bega, the rural heartland of the Sapphire Coast, located halfway between Melbourne and Sydney. Enjoy beautiful beaches, national parks, and a climate suitable for outdoor activities year-round. The area offers a tranquil lifestyle with access to whale watching between June and November and exploring scenic beaches and waterways.
Role Responsibilities
The Enrolled Nurse works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care, collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
* Ability to conduct respectful nursing practice within a multidisciplinary team
* Effective clinical communication skills using IT, written, verbal, and interpersonal methods
* Participation in professional development and a commitment to skill enhancement
* Knowledge of person-centered nursing approaches and willingness to adapt to care delivery changes
* Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with relevant recent clinical experience
Additional Requirements
This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination for entry into Residential Aged Care Facilities and related settings.
