The Role? It's More Than Service – It's Leading With Style
You'll be the heartbeat of Giuseppe's Cantina and our bar operations, confidently steering the team through busy service periods while ensuring every guest leaves smiling. You'll :
Lead the floor during service, setting the vibe and the standard
Be hands-on and supportive, coaching the team to deliver those "wow" moments
Help with rostering and training, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Handle challenges with a cool head and a guest-first mindset
Be a champion for creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the ibis Styles brand
Qualifications
You'll Thrive In This Role If You :
Have hospitality running through your veins and a genuine love for great food & drink
Have previous experience supervising a team (or are ready for that next step)
Are confident in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people
Hold a valid RSA
Are happy to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
