About the Role...
You will be required as a kitchen hand to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen Your key focus will be on cleaning and maintaining various equipment in the kitchen whilst working closely with Chefs/ Cooks and other BOH staff.
Duties/responsibilities include: Working cooperatively in a team environment Basic food preparation as required Displaying a Can Do attitude Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues .
Contributing positively towards C.ex culture goals by participating in C.ex Community Crew events.
Available to work nights, weekends and split shifts.
Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH S and legal obligations About you...
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Personal Attributes/Qualities: Excellent Communications Skills English speaking and reading ability to understand instructions from chefs.
Friendly outgoing disposition Punctual Reliable Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene Initiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Ability to work efficiently and at times juggling multiple tasks High level of fitness Displays a high level of care Skills/experience Outstanding work ethic Flexible Team player Previous experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not a requirement for this position.
