An exciting opportunity has become available for someone looking to join Place as a full-time Property Manager. Place is one of Brisbane’s premier agencies and our Woolloongabba office is one of the most vibrant and energetic in the network.
This position will see you working and growing alongside our high-performing Property Management department, while being supported by our highly experienced and respected Team Leader along the way. Whether you're looking for a step up in real estate or bring senior level experience in property management, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a professional approach to their work, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management with Place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete physical entry and vacate reports using 360 cameras and the best inspection software
- Complete routine inspections and reporting if required
- Access to drive the Place Mini during work hours to attend appointments
About You:
- You have experience in and a passion for Property Management
- You hold a current QLD Sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing)
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
- You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
