Key Responsibilities
* Mark and assess student assignments, exams and other coursework in line with established rubrics.
* Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student learning and professional growth.
* Maintain academic integrity and uphold the high teaching standards of the Monash Business School.
About You
* Strong academic qualifications in Finance, ideally holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Recent or current experience in the banking, finance, or broader commercial sector.
* High level of accuracy and consistency in applying assessment criteria.
* Sound judgement in evaluating student work and commitment to academic integrity.
* Meticulous approach to detail and ability to manage assessment workloads within defined timeframes.
* Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
