The Opportunity
With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, Sagle is experiencing sustained growth, creating an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to step into a role where they will work directly with the General Manager SA and Managing Director to drive new opportunities in closely aligned sectors.
This is more than a traditional estimating role. You will gain exposure to early contractor involvement, client engagement, and broader commercial thinking, while being supported by an approachable and collaborative leadership team, positioning you for continued career development and progression.
About You
You are a strategic Estimator who takes pride in your work, values accuracy, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
You will bring:
* A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* Around 4+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, including exposure to a range of procurement models
* Cost-Planning/ Quantity Surveyor experience, but not essential
* The ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively
* A sound understanding of construction methodologies
* Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
* A mindset aligned with integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
