Department Lead
We are seeking a skilled Department Lead to support our store management team. This role will focus on leading a department in providing exceptional customer service, with key responsibilities including:
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Supporting and guiding the team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
* Maintaining and sharing product knowledge for the department
* Supporting management to improve financial performance within the department
* Collaborating with the back of house team to ensure product availability
A successful candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry, be passionate about creating an amazing service experience, and have a proven track record in driving KPIs.
