The Role

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Subcontractor Sales team at E1. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be part of a tight‐knit team that meets daily to share updates and keep momentum high. Each day you'll receive a steady stream of leads to qualify, progress through the pipeline, and convert into long‐term customers.

Your day to day will include:
* Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
* Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
* Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
* Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch‐ups to share insights, strategies, and support
* Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve
About You
* You've got that Sales DNA. You're a hunter, you see opportunities, you step into challenges, and you love the win
* You're keen to kickstart and progress your sales career in an organisation that supports your development
* You love picking up the phone to talk with people and build relationships
* You listen with curiosity, you seek to understand, you share insights, and you tailor solutions
* You're achievement orientated
* You have a strong ability to grasp new things quickly, including industry, technology, etc.
* You have strong organisational skills
* You're a self‐starter with a willingness to work as part of a small, dedicated and fun team
Bonus points if you bring:
* Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry
* Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce)
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections

* You'll get 5 days entrepreneurial leave per year, to work on your side projects and make them come to life
* Paid parental leave (16 week primary carer, 6 weeks secondary carer)
* Volunteer leave
* We partake in business‐wide activities on a Friday afternoon, every 7 weeks (think escape rooms, drawing classes, games afternoons, online trivia)
* We also match non‐profit donations 2:1
Salary Range

We're transparent about salary ranges at E1. This role offers a $70,000 base salary, plus superannuation and a generous uncapped commission structure taking OTE to around $120 K and beyond.
