About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a multidisciplinary team providing service/program delivery that aims to reduce re-offending of juvenile offenders and enhance their functioning and/or reintegration into the community and increase community safety.
* Develop and maintain relationships with the Aboriginal community and key stakeholders to successfully deliver programs.
* Oversee the effective allocation of resources and ensure efficient program delivery.
* Ongoing performance management and development of staff and youth justice conferencing convenors.
* Implement change through effective decision-making at a management level.
Requirements:
* Recognised tertiary qualifications (diploma or higher) in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or related field or relevant experience.
* A current Driver's Licence.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance.
