As Our New Assistant Manager, your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager, drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.
Responsibilities
* Leading by example through inspiring and delighting customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
* Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
* Coaching, developing and training the wider team in partnership with the Store Manager
* Contributing to successful workforce planning and rosters to ensure we remain within budget
* Analyzing reports and proactively identifying opportunities to increase the customer experience
