* Oversee a team of professionals to ensure seamless execution of compliance strategies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in policies and procedures, streamlining workflows and promoting accountability throughout the organization.
Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to relevant standards and legislation.
Conduct thorough audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure proactive engagement and risk mitigation.
* Proven experience as a senior leader in a regulated sector, with expertise in compliance, risk management, and policy development.
Minimum 3 years' experience leading cross-functional teams, with a strong track record of driving results and improving processes.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards, including National Quality Framework (NQF), ACECQA, Child Safe Standards, and WHS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators, auditors, and senior leaders.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as compliance, risk management, or law.
Current certifications in working with children, police checks, and first aid.
Flexibility to travel regularly across Victoria and interstate as required.
