The Opportunity:As a Safe Working Officer within our Heavy Plant team (travel crew 8:6), you'll be responsible for implementing safe work practices during rail resurfacing and minor construction operations.
This role is crucial in supporting ARTC's network-wide infrastructure maintenance programs — both reactive and preventative — across NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
This is a field-based position within a migratory team, involving frequent travel and shift work.
Living in Goulburn is not required, but candidates must be based within a 4-hour driving distance.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate safe track access and liaise with stakeholders to plan plant movements.
Arrange train pathing and obtain work-on-track authorities from Network Controllers.
Implement and monitor safe working systems in line with ARTC Network Rules.
Maintain accurate documentation and support the workgroup with general duties.
