TEC Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic to join our team in Port Hedland.

About the Role
As our Mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of TEC Services Group vehicles, plant and equipment. You will play an important role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable and ready to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnosing mechanical faults using diagnostic tools, technical knowledge and practical experience.
* Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
* Completing repairs, adjustments and component replacements as required.
* Conducting safety checks to ensure vehicles, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
* Maintaining accurate service records.
* Communicating clearly with supervisors, operators and the wider operations team.
* Supporting the business by helping maximise fleet and equipment availability.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Certificate III in Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification.
* Experience working on light vehicles, heavy vehicles, plant or mobile equipment.
* Strong diagnostic, mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* White Card or Blue Card.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
* A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
