Customer Success Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with disability by helping them achieve their employment goals.
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality specialist support and assistance to customers living with a disability, injury or health condition that have an NDIS Plan
* Help customers build capacity towards finding and maintaining employment
* Build relationships with employers to create employment opportunities
* Work with customers to identify and deliver employment capacity building experiences
* Maintain a caseload of customers, building rapport and establishing their skills and abilities
About You
* Understanding of the development and goals of the NDIS, including policy and framework
* Experience in delivering and/or knowledge of School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and Finding and Keeping a Job funded programs
* Experience in the field of Employment Services
* Passionate about improving the lives of people living with a disability
* Energetic and driven
* Ability to prioritise your own workload and achieve targets

Requirements
* Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Health or Community Services
* Current driver's license, national police check and relevant State/Territory working with children check and NDIS check or be willing to obtain
