* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full holiday letting pool, ensuring high standards across all properties.
* Oversee trust accounting, reconciliations, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Coordinate bookings, guest communication, and daily operational workflows to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Supervise onsite staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Collaborate with contractors, cleaners, and service providers to maintain high presentation standards.
* Prepare owner statements, reports, and month-end processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing holiday letting pools or similar environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners and guests.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of trust accounting and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
