About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide administrative support to our Members and staff, manage caseloads, and facilitate training for staff.
The successful candidates will have advanced working knowledge of applicable legislation, policies and procedures, and be able to exercise sound judgment in applying this knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Members and staff
* Manage caseloads and prioritize work
* Facilitate training for staff
* Develop and maintain a general working knowledge of the Tribunal's functions, policies and procedures
Requirements
* Advanced working knowledge of applicable legislation, policies and procedures
* Ability to exercise sound judgment in applying this knowledge
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with other leaders
