The role breakdown:
* Engage with a diverse client base or primary production, professional services, trades, and construction businesses (plus more)
* Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for all entities (excluding SMSF)
* Reviewing work/mentoring 1 cadet accountant & 1 bookkeeper
* Div. 7A, PSI, CGT and FBT Calculations
* Advisory services with client contact from the start
* Liaison with the ATO
* Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
A little bit about you:
* 4+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm
* CA/CPA qualifications completed or close to completion
* Leadership skills to uplift, mentor and assist junior staff
* Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills with clients of all sizes
* Passion for truly consulting with clients and planning for the future
