We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team during peak periods and championing our high standards of food safety and quality.
* Lead the team through busy service periods ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
* Motivate and engage the team on shift by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and implement effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience leading or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and having a Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to complete it).
