Attention To Dental is exclusively representing a refined, privately owned dental practice in Toowong seeking a committed and experienced Dental Assistant for a full-time, 76-hour fortnight position.
This opportunity will suit a Dental Assistant who values clinical excellence, structure, professionalism and long-term stability within a small, respected team.

Start Date: Tuesday 24 March 2026 Observation and onboarding hours available prior to commencement.

The Position
This is a permanent full-time role working a structured 76-hour fortnight.
The successful candidate will primarily work alongside the contracted dentist and will:
* Manage surgery preparation and turnover with efficiency
* Maintain sterilisation and clinical protocols
* Support template-based charting in Exact
* Assist with patient communication
* Undertake occasional, structured reception tasks (HICAPS, bookings, payments)
This is a role for someone who enjoys working within a well-defined system and takes pride in precision and preparedness.
Hours of Work
Every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45am – 5:00pm
Alternate Wednesdays:
Week 1: 7:45am – 4:30pm
Week 2: 8:45am – 4:30pm
Every Friday: 8:45am – 3:45pm
Includes:
* 10-minute paid morning break
* 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Applicants must be able to commit to these structured hours.
Remuneration & Employment
* $30 – $35+ per hour (dependent on experience)
* Superannuation
* Annual leave & personal leave entitlements
* Overtime honoured
* Fortnightly payroll
This is a long-term employment opportunity, not a transitional or short-term placement.

Experience preferred in:
* Exact
* HICAPS
* Microsoft Office

This role will suit a Dental Assistant who:
* Pholds a Certificate in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
* Has a polished, calm and organised approach
* Works with independence and initiative

* Understands the difference between corporate workflow and boutique care
This practice is unlikely to suit applicants seeking high-volume environments or short-term roles.
You will be onboarded directly by the Practice Manager/Owner.
