🎯 The Opportunity
As Branch Manager at our Mascot Sydney location, you’ll take full ownership of one of our most important metropolitan branches.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, loves being on the floor with their team, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Reporting to our National and Regional Operations Managers, you’ll have full responsibility for performance across people, profit, operations, and customer experience.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll drive the success of the Mascot branch by:

* Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team

* Driving productivity, efficiency, and strong daily results

* Building forecasts, revenue strategies, and business plans

* Delivering sales targets through clear goals, promotions, and engagement

* Managing budgets, reconciliations, and purchase orders

* Handling customer issues with confidence and professionalism

* Collaborating with other ECCR leaders to share ideas and lift performance

* Maintaining fleet presentation with no more than 5% downtime

* Completing daily physical inventory checks (vehicles & branch assets)

🌱 Beyond the Day-to-Day

* Attend regular leadership meetings (online & in-person)

* Participate in training and our annual management conference

* Ensure compliance with state and industry legislation

* Keep an eye on the local market and spot growth opportunities

🔥 About You
You’re a natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and positivity to work. You’ll bring:

* At least 2 years’ experience in the car rental industry (leadership experience a plus)

* Strong people leadership and coaching skills

* Solid analytical and reporting capability

* A growth mindset — adaptable, curious, and open to change

* Clear, confident communication skills

* A current full driver’s licence

* Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
