About The Role
Our Roxby Downs site supports the BHP Olympic Dam Project with timely maintenance and breakdown services. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Site Manager for its Roxby Downs BHP Olympic Dam location as part of an established and capable team.
As the Roxby Downs Site Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the worksite to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with the health and safety guidelines.

What's Involved In This Role:
You will be required to work as part of a larger project delivery team, reporting to the General Manager.
* Manage day to day Maintenance/Construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans.
* Plan, organize, lead, and control project activities in accordance with the project schedule.
* Ensure all contractual requirements are met.
* Ensure a hands-on approach to Site Activities.
* Communicate with and attend site meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
* Build and maintain positive ongoing cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements for the Role:
Essential
* Experience working in an industrial environment with significant safety challenges.
* Willingness to learn and develop superior skills in FRP fabrication and lamination
* Willingness to live in a small, vibrant remote community.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Ability to be part of a call-out roster to support client need.
* Current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Ability to work with contractors, clients, and Project Personnel to achieve project outcome
