Motel Guest Service Agent – Maitland, NSW
The ideal candidate will become part of our front office team committed to crafting lasting impressions for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, facilitating seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and addressing any inquiries or issues throughout their stay.
· This is a casual role offering 16+ hrs per week, Monday- Friday.
· This position is based in Maitland, NSW.
· MUST HAVE experience in using a motel reservation system (ideally PROTEL).
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
· Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
· Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Friendly personality with a positive outlook
· Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
· Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
· Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel/motel operations and customer service principles.
· The ability to work a rotating roster.
· Must have experience in using a PROTEL motel system.
