About You:
* Hold a Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master of Early Childhood Education
* VIT registered (Provisional accepted)
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willing to obtain)
* Expertise in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Passionate, creative, and committed to positive outcomes for children
* Skilled in planning, documentation, and reflective practices
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and solution-focused approach
* Available to work 5 days a week
Your Role:
As our Kindergarten Teacher, youll:
* Lead a dynamic, inspiring educational program for our Kindergarten group
* Foster children's development through play-based, child-centered learning
* Build warm, trusted relationships with children, families, and staff
* Drive school-readiness programs and transitions
* Organise parent nights, complete Kinder funding applications, and deliver transition reports
* Collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to our vibrant centre culture
* Bring your own creativity, spark, and innovation to the program
