Logistics Coordinator - Trade & Commercial Specialist
Job Description:
* Contribute to the execution of commercial, freight, and trade compliance strategies by analysing freight costs across all transportation modes.
* Maintain accurate records of freight rate cards and support cost-control initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements by liaising with customs brokers and preparing documentation for audits.
* Support reporting on freight cost performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
* Use digital tools to enhance freight tracking and reporting capabilities.
* Build strong relationships with freight providers to resolve service issues.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in international freight forwarding and logistics operations is essential.
* Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers and service providers is crucial.
* Problem solving mindset with excellent communication skills is required.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse freight cost data and provide recommendations are necessary.
