Description The Opportunity We are seeking a Change Manager to join our Group Project Management Office (PMO) on a 12-month contract. This is a pivotal role leading change management activity across a portfolio of strategic projects, including Practice Management System (PMS) and Document Management System (DMS) modernisation, AML compliance, Payroll, HRIS, Core IT, Intranet, and AI initiatives. You’ll drive engagement, communication, and adoption across multiple offices, building sustainable change practices that outlast individual projects. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for all Group PMO projects. Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses, identifying risks and mitigation actions. Design and deliver targeted communication plans and facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions. Coordinate training programs, user guides, and support materials for new systems and processes. Establish and coach a change champion network across offices. Monitor adoption metrics and benefits realisation, providing regular updates to leadership. Build organisational change capability through coaching and knowledge sharing. What We Are Looking For Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or relevant tertiary qualification. 5–10 years’ experience in change management roles, ideally within professional services. Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-office technology and process change initiatives. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong planning and organisational abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to influence without authority in a federated or matrix organisation.
