The Marketing, Sponsorship Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful delivery of CORP COMM's event portfolio. This position is responsible for end‑to‑end marketing, communications, and social media activity as well as supporting event sponsorship management .
🔹 Sponsorship Growth & Relationship Management
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and exhibitors.
* Research and secure new sponsorship opportunities aligned with event audiences.
* Achieve sponsorship sales targets through strategic outreach.
🔹 Event Marketing & Social Media
* Develop and executing event marketing campaigns, including EDMs, announcements, partner features, and promotional content.
* Assist in developing and managing social media content to promote events, highlight sponsors, and build online engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
* Support basic analytics and reporting to help refine campaign performance and strategy.
🔹 Proposal Development & Brand Activation
* Produce high‑quality sponsorship proposals, marketing collateral, and conference prospectuses.
* Integrate sponsor branding into event signage, programs, marketing materials, and digital assets.
* Identify creative activation opportunities that maximise visibility and value for partners.
🔹 Skills & Experience
* Entry level candidates with relevant academic background and demonstrated interest in marketing will be considered
* Intermediate level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
* Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
* Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.)
* Basic understanding of SEO and digital best practice
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
